hawthorn berries, red beet powder & calendula flowers
The inside fabric consist (mostly) of wool. I have washed it very hot with bicarbonate of soda and soapnuts to have all colors removed. It is now light blue, matching the embroidery.
Care: hand wash in lukewarm water. Don’t soak, just rinse, immediately press out the water and roll into a towel. Then add pressure to the rolled up plaid and let dry laying down in the shade or indoors, as you would with knitted garments.
