The slates come from Andalusia, Spain.

Measurement: 22 x 16 centimeter/ 8.6 x 6.3 inch.
The zipper measures 18 centimeter/7 inch.
The depth of the zipper pocket is approx. 14 centimeter/5.5 inch.
The slates are prone to crack, so this pouch must be handled with care. The pouch is therefore padded with soft material. However, the slates will not crack so easily, but I would use this pouch as one that does not travel around, instead is more decorative yet useful on a table.
hand dyed with
natural unbleached hemp cotton & silk
Fabric: the outer pouch is a mixture of hemp cotton and silk, the inside is made from a similar cotton hemp material. They both have their origins from Nepal.
Yarn: cotton and DMC yarn.
Lining of outer part: hand dyed with blackberry (partly) cotton (not very successful). The inner pocket with zipper is attached to the outer pouch.
Care: I would not wash this pouch at all.
